problem with monster collection and skill

hi i play using server 30, when my oogway reached level 18 it got converted in to bluegway but it was not added to my collection list i was supposed to have 79 mosnter after getting bluegway but it says i still dont have bluegway.
second issue is when my smitter reached lvl 40 it was supposed to learn new skill razor blade or something like that in slot 1 but it did not learn any new skill.

i would b happy if some one help me with this

Regarding the monster not appearing in the encyclopedia. Battle with it, or use it and it will be added.

For your Smiter, did you have any other skill in the first slot? If so, it won't learn it. If not, then maybe send a message to support.
