Pure s verta

How much hp at lvl 50 does a pure s verta have, before evolution.

Trying to determine if my pure s is a real pure s or semi pure.
I.e. 199 vs 200 hp

I can't post it at the moment as I'm using the laptop but here are my stats:

Pure S
Level: 50
HP: 199
Attack: 111
Magic Attack: 166
Speed: 115
Defence: 140
Magic Defence: 140

I have other S Vertedeaths and some have stats that are 1 point lower than the above, say the attack is only 110, instead of 111 - however, all mine have 199 HP. 166 MATTK is the highest I have (1 of the Vertedeaths has 165 only).

I'm not too concerned about the all the other stats.

The only one I care about being +/-1 is speed.

My all orange flight has 185 hp vs others that have 186hp.
The flights with 186hp typically go first (assuming Speed is 0.X higher based on the HP indication) and I go 2nd.

And the one that goes first usually wins. Unless they miss.

Therefore, I don't want waste time to lvl the skelly to lvl 38 and then go to pvp and realized its a 199 slower speed S skelly.

Got 2 Verte's, i think 116 is the top SPD for S Verte.. my other one has 115..

So I breed a S with 199 Hp with and S with 200 HP with blessing and got a 199 HP S. I thought I would have got a 200 HP S.

But I guess its random. That sucks it means there is no way to find out if its a 115 speed or 115 speed unless I level them all to 50.
