Hypnosis Jinx-II proc rate

Is it me, or the Hypnosis Jinx-II seems not to proc, as haypi says, with a "decent chance"

It seems that for HM "decent" means something between 1% up to 10%... it never procs... is my bad luck? what others have seen? I've been testing and in 10 battles it procs once, and the hypnosis is 1!!!

@Support, if by "decent" you mean a lower rate (< 10%) then change the ability text as is really misleading... and the "epic" monsters are not so epic having this crappy talents... if you didn't mean that then fix the bug

I think it works fine... If it activated at any higher rate than it is now i think it would ruin the game. Ive noticed from my server it does activate a lot. So maybe just bad luck for you?

Seems fine to me. Anytime it procs is basically an IWIN button.

Hypo Jinx was super cool skill so, many complains when it was introduce.
Thus it was fix not to activate frequently.

now it a base on luck skill!!

Magic Force 2 better!

but if u prefer to work with dream thief, teach hypo/Exhaust skill in addition!

I understand, then I think that the description should be changed, from "decent" to a "poor" chance, or other adjective that haypi seems to fit (to convey the low chance) as they still are reluctant to put a number on the abilities. I don't see why is so hard to say it has 10% on sleeping the target.

Any way, as is I think is a useless skill. Probably Magic Force is better.

@support fix the description

They should use numbers here not words so players know what's happening....

Thank you! that's what I been saying all around the forums for a while (viewtopic.php?f=642&t=19054#p187715), but support seems not to care.

We need details instead of crappy wording!

Again I would immensely agree with you on this one.

We don't want to see:

good chance of giving XXXX debuff
immensely increases your XXXX while decreasing its XXX (by how much is the immense increase and decrease?)

We want to see numbers/percentages ie good chance 20%, immense 50% etc
