Help!!! Chat ban!!

I think I was I rightly can't banned.
I never ever cuss, and am not inappropriate.

But today I received mail that I was banned for 9999 hrs! Idk what to do....

Help pls! How can I get unbanned?

9999 hours:/ wow that's like 40 days. Like snack said ask support about it, they reply 90% of the time. Just give them a few days.
