Relay

Hi guys,

Got a question here regarding relay.
Does it pass on the buff/debuff of enemy's monster or our monster?
The description is not clear on it.

Relay passes your current monster's stat changes to the next. It doesn't pass the opponent's monster's debuff(s). ^^
