Why i never seen one use rhor with pod?
will he be good with that?
Re: Rhor with POD
Rhor has weak defense.
and there are better monsters to apply PoD to such as flight.
Re: Rhor with POD
Yes, I agree with what SnackCity said.
Rhor is too frail that even with PoD it may still be killed in 2 hits.
If it casts PoD the first turn, then, the next turn, it will only hit 1.5x the normal power, whereas if it uses the same move twice, it will have similar to 2x the normal power of the move (as there are two of them).
Besides, PoD is better used by monsters such as Flight, Vertedeath, etc. - i.e. those with better defences and will benefit more from it.
I'm sure it will still be good with Rhor as PoD, in my opinion, is useful to any monster but if there are others that will make better use of it, it's better to give it to those.
Good luck!

Re: Rhor with POD
Try a Rock-type monster like Behemoth or Scythe, CrimsonHarv.
Even with PoD Rhor won't come close to killing these monsters in 1 hit.
Also, other high defence monsters such as Flight and Vertedeath won't get killed in 1 hit as well with a PoD-boosted skill.

Re: Rhor with POD
In any case you really want to push for Rhor w/ PoD:
Strategy: Wizard
Talent: Magic Force 3
Item: Warrior's Headpiece / Waistband
Skill: PoD, Lightning Strike, Thunderstorm, Mind-Bending
Notes:
1. Versatile build and is able to hold-ground against any elemental types
2. Dishes out massive damage regardless of other elements w/ Mind-Bending and Thunderstorm
3. Thunderstorm should be used for monsters w/ low DEF while Mind-bending for those w/ low MDEF
4. Benefits from Rain Prayer, but should do fine even if without it
________________________________________________________________
Strategy: Brawler
Item: Sharp Claw
Skill: PoD, Thunderstorm, Super Thunderstorm, Electric Storm / Psychic Thurst
Notes:
1. Focuses on Rhor's ATK greatly
2. Greatly benefits on Rain Prayer
3. Fastest RhoR build to wipe-out enemies on 2v2 if paired w/:
- Pewgway w/ Taunt & Rain Prayer
- Cygness w/ SPD Boost & Rain Prayer
4. Focuses on massive damage dealt, you may opt for:
- Electric Storm that benefits on your ATK
- Psyschic Thust for high-damage MATK
________________________________________________________________
Talent: Rain Cleanse
Item: Waistband
Skill: PoD, Super Thunderstorm, Psychic Thrust, Thunderstorm / Windblast
Notes:
1. Build is extremely dependent on Rain Prayer, suggest you have a monster to support you w/ that skill before putting Rhor out in 1v1
2. Good combo for Pewgway w/ Taunt and Rain Prayer, you can opt for Windblast as replacement for Thunderstorm to kick-out unwanted monsters during the battle
3. Waistband has been chosen over Sharp Claw since Rain Prayer would already amp your elemental skill
________________________________________________________________
Strategy: Cleansweep
Talent: Adrenaline
Item: Sharp Claw
Skill: PoD, Super Thunderstorm, Thunderstorm, Mind-Bending / Windblast
Notes:
1. Focuses on buffing-up your attack for a faster-kill and Adrenaline build-up
2. Would work well w/ Rain Prayer, better to have a monster pre-cast Rain Prayer before putting Rhor out
3. Windblast provides opportunity to dismiss enemies that you won't be able to kill in 1-2 hits w/c hinders Adrenaline build-up

May I Suggest a Healing Potion on the Cleansweep build.

Yup! Rhor can kill them in 2 or 3 shots but I've yet to see it kill Vertedeath or Flight in 1 shot.
