Unable to log in

When I try to log into my account, it makes me go to character creation, then gives me an error message if I tried. Very annoying. I've already tried deleting from my home button, different Internet accesses, and shutting off my phone. Do I need to try redownloading? ._.

double press home button, kill the application! then start the application but don't press start and go to my account and fill username/password of the account u want to log in!
