Spookie bug!
I got my Kreepie by finishing sealed space! Then I make him evolve in a Spookie! But in my monster index the monster doesn't appear with a green card over his icon! I can't have my echo scroll because the spookie doesn't count as the 8th ghost monster i've catched!!
