From what I've heard, snowflake deals its damage according to hp. The lower the hp, the higher the damage and vise versa.

the snowflakes does more damaga if u get hit first in that turn.
The bonus damage only calculate in that turn. so it appears to be going up and down

It deals a lot damage if the opponent's Hp is not full.

So I guess...uh, i don't know.
d? I've faced a trunky in ladder who's using snowflakes.
It killed three of my mobs with it. But if I put a flicker first in line, then trunky is gone.

Trunky is too vulnerable against physical attacks

My trunky has snowflakes, overall I feel that it sucks....damage 30 is really too low even though it increases a lot of damage when you get hit. I would prefer chill.

I though snowflakes is very cool

*envy much* I've been farming for aurora for a while. Got every ice advanced skill except it. The damage of snowflakes increases significantly once you are injured. I took it out of my chunky because of the luck factor. Chunky is pretty decent in ladder especially when dodging in a blizzard. However, the main purpose of chunky would probably be in ice maps
