Gold Coin Boycott

lets bump this thread, i'll agree on bycott too not even one respin! if more people does it the changes will come more rapidly. I believe most of us already know that haypi is rigging the odds but deep down we still want to respin because we want to win (like me) but i urge everyone to put a stop to throwing money away till haypi proves that they actually hear us and respond to our feedback.

side note, my other thread about 33 respins still does not have a mod reply on it, sneaky sneaky haypi.

I feel stupid cause i just respin 4 times in a row, and lose all 50 gold....till i read this thread and realize that they do cheat alot. Sigh this games have potential just developer are too greedy to let people enjoy it.

actually i thought about it, why are we torturing ourselves, wasting time playing this stupid game where the maker of the game trying their best to take more money from you. What's the point of that.
People dont give a rainbow about how you boycott, how you complain, why waste time and effort doing all those, just quit, move on find other game, there's tons of games out there, dont waste hundreds of dollars playing this game and in the end, the developer treated you like your nothing. You get no respect for trying hard, get no respect for voicing your opinion.
Just quit, if i can do it you guys can do it too!

I agree, im VIP 5 but im still getting treated like a doll in the spin. Everytime i see a adv chest this happends, i land RIGHT next to it, ALMOST everytime . This is so overextended and isn't near being fair. As you guys said: Sneaky, sneaky Haypi, thats why they don't answer im not using any money on this game before Haypi fixes the bug of all time.

Agree and confirmed. When there is a chest/book on wheel almost always i land next to it or i land on crystal gems.
When there is no chests i get 1 super love pot every 20 tries and thats
ok to me and lil too low chance.
I wrote a lot about this rip off and i suggested to make gold coin conted higher and so on. I really fight against this unfair financial politics of haypi but other ppl told me stop whining and to quit game.
Its sad ppl dont wanna fight with...i mean thats their money and the money of
newbies and its fun of all of us and we want to change game to good and fair way. If you always say yes...then you are like a robot...if you think about this game and say no and fight then you are a human who can think.

I do have a lot coins, 5000 gold, I just choose not to play into their strategy.
I admit I'm not the best player , because it's a fact that if you don't respin, you won't get as many skillbooks as those who respin a lot,
But I feel that it's a personal choice, you choose how to spend your money.
If you choose to spend them on respin, that's fine.

Spend your gold coins on something else.
Like buying monsters, I know. They are overpriced, but choose wisely then.

By not respinning we save our gold coins but that doesn't change the fact we paid for them... we lose actually in that situation because we already paid for these. If we don't use the coins we buy, well, we're at the losing end.

Instead, we should stop buying coins and stop playing the game if we aren't having fun anymore.

That's me. The reason why I'm saying that is not because you are not really saying that there is a slight tweaking of chances but how you're posting them is just basically trying to blatantly telling people to quit, discouraging them to not bother with anything they do because this game is so stupid, and anything similar. You have replied to threads that aren't even talking about gold coins and basically told the user to stop playing and their efforts have been and will always be fruitless. They spent all their time for nothing and should not be proud of what they achieved. Obviously, you didn't say that all of that every time but you have said parts of that in different posts.
You need to be precise with your words. You have to use the right ones in order not to offend other people and convey your message properly.

But if you are only talking about the company, obviously, tweaking the chances, then, I won't stop you. I would have admired you if you did your protest in a more professional way.

There was a thread in here before discussing whether or not the game really uses a totally random number generator for chances.
I don't know how they are doing it but, from a programmer's point of a view, I would only use a random number generator as it is a one-line code.
However, recently, I do feel that I have been experiencing the results you guys are saying. I do think that they have tweaked some of the code for some features in order for us not to get the items we want. However, having said that, I don't think it is to the point that it's an obvious one. We don't know how they are doing this. It really is yet to be proven if this is just the law of large numbers - that other players in other servers may get all the luck.

With everything in mind, I will join this movement. I will not be buying any coins soon. I only have some left and I will make it last for a long while.

I am with everyone - I really do feel that we need to get more value for our money. In my feedback (for the event), I highlighted the fact that to buy the monsters we want, we would need about $100. The re-spin system is obviously flawed and one may need forever to get the items they need. I really do think that they need to be more aware that they are asking for REAL money and that this is a very sensitive issue.

Also, keep in mind that we are only a minority. There are thousands of other players playing and 20 or so would not really make a big dent.

Also, to those who said to quit this game:
It is NOT that simple. We have invested a lot of money and time in this game. It is not as simple as leaving it. No one wants to just say that all their efforts have been meaningless. Everyone wants to fight to save whatever they have worked for. Maybe you didn't spend a lot on thing game but for those of us who did - it is not simple.

I guess that's it. As long as we conduct ourselves properly, the Haypi team should at least give us a response to clarify any problems that we have had/are having. We need to be smart about how we present this case. It should not just about bashing the company about their greediness but to only highlight the fact that they are asking for real money and what they are providing - this product/service - should, morally, reward more than what it is rewarding now.

But for me, I'm not quitting coz I see some potential in the game. It hasn't reached a point of no return yet. I'm still optimistic about the drop rate and all the weird things can be addressed and fixed. A reply from Haypi team will really be appreciated about this.

Just so you know, I have pmed and received a reply. They've confirmed that no tweaking was done to the drop rate however perhaps it is yet another bug that was affected with the new updates.

PS: I didn't mean to say people should quit btw. It's just that people who aren't happy about the game should just stop, on their own BUT let others enjoy the game - instead of discouraging them from playing x_x;

I don't get why this game has to be so expensive.
For what we are paying we get so little content.

The amount of money you spend in a week in this game is enough to pay for a WOW subscription for a year. For some people, many years. But you get so much more content and value for your money.

Haypi really needs to look at their value money instead of a cash grab.

Once everyone has all the books they need, a new patch will come out with super duper fire bomb/thunderstorm/boulder for people to spend money on again. Cause adding the word super to a skill is really creative and took a lot of resources to do. So the money is justified
