Bug: super thunderstorm

Isnt the monster who uses super thunderstorm supposed to be stunned after use unless its raining, well it's not getting stunned when the sun is shinning either

Sunny weather has a glitch with it where it gets rid of some status effects. It gets rid of burns, freezes and stuns. I'm not sure about poison though.

Can you give me some details? We will look into it.

The skill is calculated right after you choose your monster action. the weather change in that turn wouldn't affect the the skill chosen in that turn.
for example, Super TS was selected in that turn but then the weather was changed. The TS still has the bonus damage from raining and also wouldn't give a debuff to user.

It's hard to tell whether it's a bug. It's just the way how damage is calculated.

but definitely it's not a Super TS bug.
