Chill

While I was farming Caverns Veteran, for a Mammy scroll and unsuccessful so far, I've passed by a book called chill. What does it do?

Oh and would Fog be a good counter to Power of Darkness?

Clad I think chill might be a 90power ice move. I've seen it used and since ice beam is 60power and the northern light attack is 120power I think then I believe chill is a 90 power ice move. Hope this helped even a little .

a 90 power elemental skill will not appear in vet modes. i think it's a ~60 elemental skill like pyroblast, except it's magical damage, of cos. many elements have variation of intermediate skills. e.g electrical teeth and lightning

My bad, it was hail not chill. And ice beam has a power of 50 not 60, but it does have a chance to reduce mdef.
