No bolt bead?

I have recently completed Ss vet 15 and wasn't awarded a bolt bead.....very upset. Anyone know what's up or how to resolve this? Possibly how to contact support.

Thank you for your help, I have resolved this problem by myself. Support wouldn't do a thing . The bolt bead was hiding behind another quest in my list of quests.
