It's 72 hours ? But considering it only takes around 30 seconds to buy coins that's more then enough time.

It's funny because now I can't purchase some - asking me to contact Apple Support first, hehe!

Yeah I don't advise purchasing any, I purchased £13.99 worth of coins and they were not added to my account, everyone on my server has t received theirs either.

Best holding off until they fix it.
