Account doesn't exist

Hi!

I need help!!! Yesterday I tried to play haypi monsters but I was not able to connect to my account!!! I am lvl 18, VIP 1. When I try to connect the game is saying that my account does not exist. I creat a new one to be able to write on te forum.

Someone can help????

Hi,

Haypi Monster accounts are case sensitive, meaning you must type the capital and lowercase letters exactly as they appear in the username. If your username is MoNsTa and you type in monsta, it will say the account does not exist.

Hopefully this will solve the issue.

If this is not the problem, please state your username and server number and Support will look into it.

Where do I type in my username and server address because I just made a second haypi monsters account after I heard from one of my friends that you can do that and I tried going back to my old one but it wouldnt let me! what do I do? I dont know how to go back to my first account.

First force-close your account by tapping your Home button twice to make the icons wiggle. Hold Haypi Monster on the bottom window until it wiggles. Tap the X to force-close it.

Then open the game again. On the start menu, tap on My Account to log into your other account.
