How long does HM support usually take before they send a response to you once youve sent mail? I have already sent mails via in-game support tab and ye no feedback / replies has been sent to me.. I have been patient enough waiting for your response but this ia real money over virtual money we're talking about and I hope you would be able to address this soon..
I have a concern regarding my purchase transaction.. I have purchased three 99.99$ packages and has already received confirmation letters but my GC is still around 1.8k only.. I have already been charged on my iTunes account for the following transactions:

Aside from which, I would also like to seek your assistance if possible to restore my A+ Kreepie, i'm not sure when i accidentally sacrificed it but i know that it's sometome this past week.. I'm an avid user and has purchased alot of GC for this game.. I know this is a one in a million shot for an exception but i hope you'd be able to help me.. I'm sure you know how hard it is to breed S grades and i'm using that Kreepie for breeding as well.. I hope you would be able to help me.. I would very much and deeply appreciate your help on this..
