HM Support Please Read

Hi HM Support,

How long does HM support usually take before they send a response to you once youve sent mail? I have already sent mails via in-game support tab and ye no feedback / replies has been sent to me.. I have been patient enough waiting for your response but this ia real money over virtual money we're talking about and I hope you would be able to address this soon..

I have a concern regarding my purchase transaction.. I have purchased three 99.99$ packages and has already received confirmation letters but my GC is still around 1.8k only.. I have already been charged on my iTunes account for the following transactions:

Transactions:
MJ64F81VFD
MJ64F81VBV
MJ64F81V8V

User: SwiftDeath
Server: 6
Email: jc_tornado2004@yahoo.com

Aside from which, I would also like to seek your assistance if possible to restore my A+ Kreepie, i'm not sure when i accidentally sacrificed it but i know that it's sometome this past week.. I'm an avid user and has purchased alot of GC for this game.. I know this is a one in a million shot for an exception but i hope you'd be able to help me.. I'm sure you know how hard it is to breed S grades and i'm using that Kreepie for breeding as well.. I hope you would be able to help me.. I would very much and deeply appreciate your help on this..

Would it be possible for you to help me on this?

Hi HM Support,

Appreciate immediate feedback / follow-up on this.. Gamers are paying real money for additional in-game features but i think that proper accomodation and resolution of our concerns is part of it as well..

Please note that this transactions amounts to almost 300$, if you can't address this please do tell so that I may request for refund transaction with iTunes..

I have sent mails in-game, in this forum, to the moderators and even via monstersupport@haypi.com..

No response from support? Nothing new. How many hundreds and thousand play this and only perhaps 5 Men Team Support? Good organization!!

It took a month for Haypi to respond to me about 70 coins disappearing from my account just to get a message that their logs don't show anything wrong.

Hi SwiftDeath,
As far as i know, we have contacted you and asking for more details about your transaction such as confirmation letter you received from Apple.
Please check our reply and send us the required materials so that we can help solve this issue for you asap.

As for your Kreepie, we are very sorry for your loss, however, at present, a monster once sacrificed cannot be retrieved any longer.
Please be careful next time and in the meantime, we will take your issue into consideration and try to make some improvement in the future.
