Is there a team mode after swamp?
I'm on swamp 9 wondering if I should blow all my jellies and Rez card to finsih and unlock team swamp

Yes, there is. However, it might be too hard at the moment, unless you have level 50 monsters. 
I'd say just go on about your exploration normally and level your monsters. Don't waste all of your jellies and res cards!
