How many coins for each VIP?

How many coins for each VIP?

Hi I've been looking to become VIP and have no clue how many coins are. Needed after the first 10 please tell me what amount is needed. Also does te amout of coins carry over? Like if I buy 50 for VIP 1 will VIP 2 be 40 less coins?
