Are these 2% monsters even catchable?!

Wasted many dices to find a female neo and worst is wasted about 65 sealed cards without catching it? Isit even catchable or is there any tactics to catch them? Please advise..

I got Neo with around 10 cards, and Meniss.. is a menace >.>! Wasted 15+ dice and 50+ cards already. Haha. I'm waiting to try it again, when I have so much excess seal cards. lol.

You need luck. Got Cygness female, third card, Cygness male, first card, and Neo sixth. I wasn't too lucky with Meniss, but I've been lucky enough.

Thanks guys..considering my suitation, im sure you guys are luckier than me.. Guess I need better luck but till I have more sealed cards. Left with two cards today, wanted to get a neo ASAP so badly

I think u need patience. I myself caught 1 neo, 1 meniss, 2 cygness in the last few weeks. Each took about 20-30 seal cards.
My strategy is to use paralyse and seduction with a tanker that has water beads.

Any(?) veteran mode or intermediate chest. Electromagnetism works as well and you can get it from veteran Canyon.

Took me 68 cards for neo.
Some ppl end up getting it after 3 some take 100.
