EPIC monster?

I just got poison leaves book and I cant teach my shriek it so i'm asking you all to recommend an epic ghost/psychic/normal type for me please
I will get S flight once i can get two flaunts of both genders, and im trying to get pampurred but the only way i know how is from chests and my luck in those isnt exactly the best
right now im focusing on getting meniss, from stone vault 7 vet or w/e it was.
If there is any other epic monster I can catch that can learn that (P/G/N type) from a cave, or find somehow or get as a task completion etc. lemme know

Teach poison leaves to either smiter or flight. It's a physical skill so it won't be as powerful on an epic ghost or psychic

You can get pampurred scrolls from veteran sealed space.
i suggest to use lupa coz it's the best alternative
