Talent, Technician-2

I don't think Technician-2 suppose to trigger on every single skill.
for example, poison leaf (90 dmg), boulder(90 dmg), kamikaze(110 dmg), etc...

either the math behind it is wrong, or you mess up with the description.

Technician-2 only triggers when the damage is lower than a certain amount. Does it trigger every time when you use it? If yes, please tell us the highest damage it made. Thank you

well i dont know the damage it does before technician activates.
So i did some test.
Flight C+ with kamikaze+tech2 does 75 dmg to Flight S
Flight S with kamikaze+tech2 does about 9x dmg to Flight S
i hope this helps.

PS. It is understandable for it to trigger on frenzied attack, but i don't think it should trigger on kamikaze.

Yes it triggers on every single attack. Even when you use a 90 power skill that has an advantage over the monster you're attacking. Frenzied attack does like 115 damage every time. Please fix this talent.

In fact, with technician II you do around 15-20% more dmg with frenzied, and 10% with a 90 dmg skill. Not worth complaining i guess. Frenzied, when hitting 5 times, without technician 2 will do around 90 dmg too...

the point is it shouldn't trigger on every single skill.
you are missing the point here.
and i personally don't have problem with it.
I can easily own flight with any of my monsters.

maybe u only have Flight? LOL
