what happen when....

when you dont put catalyst on a monster to make it evolve and level it to 40? example is flight whats the diff between flaunt S level 40 to a flight S level 40?

if I'm not wrong it's the same as evolving it at level 27. The monster only gain the additional stats at the point of evolution. The stats increase per level remains the same whether it is evolved or not.

However, I'm not 100% sure and need some back-up on this
