Question about evolution

If you evolve a monster later, for example swiper to smiter with dragonscale at a later level then it's original evolution, will stats be different?

Yes! I've tested it out with dodo. I caught a 21 dodo, equipped it with something, and when it evolved into gogo, it had higher stats. c:

but if it changes...? uhm. not too sure :< Lol. sorry! I doubt it changes though, because rank attributes are set.

eleusive, do you mean that if you evolved Swiper at 37 or later level that he'll 'lose' some of the extra points he would've got if he evolved to Smiter at 36 and levelled to Swiper's level?
I think the answer is no. As far as I know it won't. But I didn't fully test this out yet.

yeah i edited. lol. im testing the theory out with smiter now. c:

I dont know if this has been answered but I just tried it and saw great changes in stats.

I tried it on flaunt to flight. I didnt have scrap metal yet and I leveled up my flaunt to level 34 til I got new scrap metal and equipped it. The attack increased approx 20+, hp 10+, etc... I didnt record the exact figure but im quite sure it increased significantly
