When level does draco gain the meteor ability?

Meteor isn't a natural skill for Draco. You can only give it Meteor by using a skill book.

Then what is draco's last ability? Does he have a magical attack? Since with molten heart will be very effective

No pyro blast he gets and then wild fire at lvl 34. Both are physical moves. Molten core sucks and in ladder the computer wastes a turn using it. I got rid of it first chance I got to replace it.
