soak on any monster is evil. soak on flight or champ should be straight up illegal. as for kamikaze I find it usually hits lupas fine (not many ignitmares in S2) come to think of it the only monster that dodges a lot are the ones who use moves like grass wall or hot smoke or sewage etc... its the moves that SHOULDNT miss like water bombs and tsunami (90 accuracy) that miss every other shot

Would be nice if you can teach an S Branchy Soak...

its a grass type. it has photosynthesis. that's more than enough lol
