Supplementary skill

Okay,is it just me,or the "soak" skill (water skill) doesnt work on any of my monsters even its water type? i clicked all water type monsters on "skill book" button,but no "soak" skill displayed. But i hav the book on my warehouse. well thats funny.

I've never seen "soak" skill so i'm guessing it's a higher up skill and I believe that only certain rank/level monsters are able to learn them.

ive never not been able to teach a monster a skill... If anything id say its a grade dependent. try a high grade psychic or normal type

Hm higer grade. Could be. I tried all water type monsters and all cant learn. Havent tried on oogway honestly? I ll try breed higher grade monsters. Thanks

Based on the other topic we have going I'm gonna guess that Oogway will be able to learn it because he is "Epic" rarity. Other water won't be able to.

Oogway scroll is found in water veteran if that's what you mean
