Not all get replies. I couldn't yell you how many replies I'm still waiting on.

I've noticed, lol pretty painful a number of my crowns have all dissapeared
Just vanished

Join the long list.. It is simple support don't care.. period.. they don't care because they know people like us are fools and continue to support this game even without in game support.. How long have players been waiting for haypi to fix attack glitch?... They don't care..that simple

We are currently on a public hoiday and we don't follow routine working hours. Please let me know your problem so that we can check into it.

4 days ago I was told my army that was glitched in battle 100k cav would return by support 93 yoyo in one city...have not return now I been paranoid to sleep

Support it does seem to us that you no longer care. If you do care, you need to fix the dead server issue first and foremost. Many long term players are unhappy and feel adbandoned by haypi. We have all invested enormous amounts of our money, time and effort into this game. Why should we have our coined accounts trapped in dead servers? It's a slap in our faces. Please fix the servers! They are boring and stale and inactive, no fun anymore to play! I refuse to start another acc when I know the same thing will eventually happen on that server as well. S119 has little to no activity, no experts, and no support. This is a serious issue, please address and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

I can honestly say, I have always gotten a response when I letter support...... Now having the issue resolved is another thing
