For Support..

Still no help in pvp for the pins on all my cities by a players alt demanding to be fed.. 2 days now in a pvp... I have reported over and over and stated names of accounts and letter times of his demands... No help from support still.. Where are you people?. I paid $500 for coins to try and win and was in first till these repeated pins.. So as I wait and get screwed by lack of support I am falling in the pvp standings.. I had a big enough lead and trust my ability enough to think if support would drop the pins and let me play I still can win but I don't have any faith in the in game support and why should I? This sucks..
