not a single droid User can get the Christmas gift. Doesn't matter what version we have. I have the newest version and I was unable to get the gift. Once again, us droid users are screwed. I would like a refund for all the freaking coin I purchased on this game. I am tired of being "punished" for not owning an idevice!

Sorry for the inconvenience. The problem is now confirmed and defined as a display problem with some particular devices. We've tesed on our own devices and "Santa's Presents" activity is able to be seen and completed:

With regard to "Christmas Coin Sale activity", although it is not displayed in the activities list at the moment, we've tested the X'mas Coin Sale, and confirmed that any android user that purchases any packages during the sale, he/she will receive the bonus in the form of activity award.
So if you make any purchases during the coin sale, please check the activity award letter goes after the Thank you for purchase system letter.

Here are the activities details for your reference:
Activity #1: Christmas Coin Sale
We will throw a Christmas coin sale. During this sale, you will receive 50% more coins in whichever coin package you purchase.

Requirement: purchase any coin packages

Reward: 50% more coins

Activity #2: Santa’s Presents
Check your Activities tab every day during this period. Maybe Santa left you a present ;)

Requirement: open Santa's Presents activity tab and claim the reward

Reward: 10 free haypi coins.

If you did check actitivies daily during the Christmas period but cannot claim Santa's Presents because of the display problem please feel free to contact support in-game or kingdomsupport@haypi.com, we'll manually send Santa's Presents into your haypi kingdom account.

Please don't forget to include your account name, server no., problem device info, android OS version no. and app version no.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Re: Christmas gifts

So Christmas activities are NOT available to all players who play Haypi Kingdom.

we provides the support service anyway. You may contact us directly in Gree's version.

Why would I contact your customer support? I've attempted to numerous times and no response. Via ingame or email. I wish to contact the owner of the game and not the customer support due to the lack of customer support.

Re: Christmas gifts

since support is nonexistent, I had to give my PW away, so someone with an I device could log in and get my coin. I suggest the rest of u do the same. Haypi doesn't care about you.

Re: Christmas gifts

Long time fal. All is good otherwise. We are into day 2 of the gifts, and support has yet to reply to me from my first letter. It has been 24 hours since I complained. They should just give us droid users 50 coin, and call it even.

Re: Christmas gifts

First, You don't just want to credit the accounts because this is a way to reward active users for their dedication.

Second, You should never complain about something that is provided for free. The 10 coins is a gift--they don't have to give it away--appreciate the sentiment even if it doesn't come through for you in particular. The holiday season is about enjoying all the things you have in life so how about you try to enjoy it instead of whining and complaining about any and everything.

Third, support doesn't typically work over the weekend. The fact that support put this many responses on the forums is a testament to their dedication and support for our loyalty.

If you dislike the game and the support staff so much then quit. If you enjoy the game, don't put so much pressure on it and just try to enjoy your time. This is a GAME. A GAME you play on your PHONES (/ipods/tablets). It is not meant to be the most high-tech and advanced creation in the gaming world. Enjoy what's there or leave.

Re: Christmas gifts

Don't forget we are customers. I'm a paying customer and have expectations as would anybody else who purchases something.
