I don't have my original device as Apple exchanged it as my ear speakers were faulty. The device I originally created my account was no doubt taken apart for spares and repairs.
Im sure many users have also upgraded devices too. Haypi has been going for some time and in that time Aople have launched various devices. All of which apps get transfered from one device to another.
I understand the reasoning behind this change but how they have gone about it and alienated every original player.
I have logged on with new device, its only this last day or so I've not been able to get on. My troops were hunting and in the plus so no chance of starvng but if the hunt time limit ends then who knows what's going to happen to my troops.
I've emailed support explaining the situation, my device has changed but my email hasn't. So surely they will see that I'm a genuine player not a fake/borrowed account ( plus I was expert for them with my account(
