I'd like to nominate c1earshdow for expert since he is helpful, active, and knows what he is doing

I nominate penguin123 for expert because he is very active and helps everyone in need.

s98 needs a new expert as there is a large gap between when the current ones r on and that gap is when ppl trash wc and it annoying and wrong
