GAME UNPLAYABLE

MrO from S18. Since the update the game crashes 80% of everytime I open it. I DC from pvp and boss 90% of the time and grinding basic levels it says "unknown error 208". I'm not gonna lie I did enjoy this game very much until it became unplayable literally. Please fix ASAP so I can at least continue to play.

Please contact your server support in game. Click the green circle on the top right corner. Then click "Help" and "Support". Pull the screen to the bottom and click "clicking here". Tell him/her the details about that. Such as which button did you click and it crashed, did you see any messages when it crashed, did it crashed in many lvls or just several lvls? And also tell him/her your device type. If you can, could you please also take the screenshot of "unknown error 208" and send to your server support?

Well i never gotten any good from support but they do reply to me lol, with rhetorical answers haha..
I swear i asked them for a way to send SS via idevice and then they told me
"Dear player please press the home button and sleep button to take a ss"

You can't send a ss via idevice straight to server support, but you can send a ss to the main support by emailing them. I don't remember the email but you can always look at RO's signature

this happens when opponent dc and it takes u more than two turns to kill so it's not the worst thing to happen

also I think although the button is disabled but u still do a high damage as if you did 3 powers or even more
