Server 119

I would like to begin saying that merging servers 66, 67, and 68 was a complete mistake. Most of my friends stopped playing a few months after server 119 was created. Server 119 is useless now. The experts could care less about showing up anymore and everyone is tired of mine wars. Is there any solution for this dying game?
