I was playing with Philly when he accidentally used it the first time (and I was talking to him on channel chat so I can vouch for that). I never saw it before so I asked him how he did it. He said he didn't know but I thought maybe he just didn't want to tell me. So I told him to use it against me when we played against each other, but he couldn't. I also played 545 with him soon after this happened and told him to use it there, but once again he couldn't. I have no reason to believe that Phil is lying when he says he did it by accident. Also, there's no way to prove whether angelk or Philly used the glitch first, so making Philly defend himself just because angelk accused him first is wrong. It's impossible to say who is telling the truth so you can't expect either of them to provide evidence of what they claim.
