Boo hoo haypi screwed up and some people got stones. Your life is over oh no. Dude, stop complaining. You think the players care they got lucky? No. You think haypi cares that you spent months getting those stones? No. You all act like you're the only ones who got screwed and guess what? YOU AREN'T THAT SPECIAL. I spent months as well as actual money opening crystal chests to get the stones I needed for my crystal and I did and at the end of the day I know I improved my dragon and that makes me happy. If people need to take advantage of a mistake to do that then fine, we are still the better players and that's all I care about. We don't need to sink to their level to be "good" and besides its not like it helps them that much anyway. I already have a dragon with all purple stones and one orange so I haven't really seen any difference. Now stop whining like a little baby or quit either way it's not going to matter. People have been cheating or taking advantages of glitches since day one so what makes this one any different? have you ever disconnected when you were losing so you wouldn't lose pvp points? Or maybe you use the Ice rain glitch? Or are you an account sharer letting someone in a different time zone play so you can get leveled up more? This game has flaws and it sucks and I know it, heck I'm the first to say it but don't give me that crybaby bull because you all think you're the only ones who have it rough on here cause you're not and I'd be willing to bet that if you knew about this when it was going on, you would all have done it too. Now stop complaint about the problems and actually suggest ways to fix it like mavios. Speaking of which mav you're suggestion is good and all but there's a couple flaws. Mainly the time zones. I'm usually asleep during the middle of the day in some countries and vice versa, so the hour it's like that would be a hour half the world isn't online. Plus the half who already did it would be able to do it again, so they'd still be better off. Like I said support should do nothing and everyone should just drop it and focus on the problems that actually matter and reoccur, not some one time thing.

You don't need anyone to tell you that you really out did yourselves with these last updates and the glitches/bugs that came with. I'm sure it is as equally stressful trying not only to fix them, but now find a reasonable solution for everyone who has been affected negatively by them. Here is an idea for you to think about, but I want you to actually consider the pros and cons of this solution:

Send out a message on the notice board to give everyone equal notice. Open the shop for 1 hour with lv4 chests at 200 silver coins, the same amount of time everyone who caught the mistake had to purchase them. Give everyone that free for all for 1 hour

Right off I can see one of your biggest hesitations will be a loss of revenue as you have now placed lv4 chests in the shop for 200 Gold coins. You can take my word for it - no one is going to buy a lv4 chest for 200 Gold coins. Especially since there is a 30% chance they get a stone they cannot even use if they have not farmed 90 Energy Crystals first. If you aren't sure what I mean by that - go get 90 Energy Crystals.

So what will happen if you put everyone on an even playing field again? It will boost consumer confidence and desire to continue playing, perhaps even purchase coins they normally wouldn't because of that boosted morale. I know you, nor the developers play this game even nearly as much as the average player does which is fine, but that being said, you don't know how much something like this affects them. You have no idea how much it actually hurts someone who spends hours of their day playing your game, only to have someone see more benefit in 1 hour. It's absolutely devastating.

At this point, if you are looking at a solution based on minimizing your loss, you will do more damage by not doing this or something of equal value as seen by the players. Everyone who loves this game, and influences each other to keep playing and invite their friends, kids, and partners to play will have nothing good to say any more. Only that it is a waste of time. Literally.

You don't have to use this idea, you don't even have to read this or resond to this. All I really have to say to you is, good luck and I can't wait to see what the positive influence on others, free social media advertising, and 1000 hours of dedication from your average consumer means to you.

How is it an even playing field exactly? The same people who did it before will do it again so they'll have twice the stones as before. Plus not everyone is free at once, half the world is asleep the other half is working or at school. Only a small group can take advantage of it. There is no fair solution to this except to do nothing otherwise one group will always have a bigger advantage anyway

A way to fix this I think haypi should make lvl 4 magic boxes like for 50,000sc so every one has a chance to buy some, they should be 200sc bc lvl 4 stones can be sold for 30,000sc so they could do it for the money.. But that's why I think they should be 50,000 maybe 75,000 I don't really care just everyone should get a chance to purchase some of them...

You do have a chance to purchase them, it's called 200 gold. Haypi doesn't make money off silver so why should they bother

Of course you don't, all you do is glitch and dispute others. Clearly if you do not agree to even the playing field by giving everyone the same opportunity as others, you don't play this game with integrity to begin with. Go level up your dragon again.

Not doing anything at all will make it worse. The simple fact is, if Haypi doesn't give back an equal opportunity as seen in the players eyes the players who support this game will leave. Why continue to play if your time and money isn't worth anything, especially to the people you give it to?

Does 10 honor buy you a set of orange stones? Relevance? Or maybe you use the Ice rain glitch? Says the Crystal user. Are you going to ban and punish all the players that gave their device to their kid or friend to try the game out and see if they want to make an account of their own? After all, that's sharing.

But I do think something needs to be done, like taking away the stones they bought or giving the people,who didnt a lvl 4 syn or something so they have some sort of benefit from it all.. or a lot of people are going to be pissed off

How do you take away embedded stones? How do you know which ones were earned and which ones weren't? Does that mean everyone goes back to level 3 stones? How do we know your orange stones weren't glitched? You can't prove they weren't. The taking away idea doesn't work. One lv4 synth? One level 5 isn't worth an entire set, nor having minimum lv4 stones on all your dragons. Amen, people are pissed off.

Would they really be better off? Orange stones are worthless unless you level up your dragon. Can't glitch that (*See first quote*) Are they going to put them on their level 20 dragons? Ooh scary. Maybe if they levelled them up to 40. Which as we know takes a couple months unless they buy coins. Revenue for Haypi.

Anyone who knows about it and chooses not to set an alarm to come online if it is at an unsual time, or make themselves available obviously doesn't care about it that much in the first place.

Some players are unaffected by it, others will quit.

Id be happy with 3 or 4 lvl4 synths stones as recompense! I dont think a full set of ojs is fair! Lets face it those that benefitted still had to synth without a synth stone!! Most of the synths would not have worked anyway!!

Until Haypi decide on what to do, Ill just keep grinding away farming levels to build my wharehouse and dragons up!!

I kinda like the one lvl 4 synth for those who did not buy the chests idea. Let's be honest, even those who bought 99+ stones would be lucky to get more than 1 lvl 5 stone, if any at all. I know players who have lost hundreds of lvl 4 stones before finally getting a lvl 5 and I personally have never forced a lvl 5. I think a lvl 4 synth is worth at least 50 lvl 4 stones and those of us who would get it should be happy to get a lvl 5 stone out of this.

P.S. On a side note, I think most people are overreacting to this whole situation. Level 4 stones don't really mean anything and as I said before it would take extreme luck to have gotten a level 5 out of this. People who were good pvp players before in all likelihood already had at least all lvl 4 stones and the weaker players didn't. Now the weaker players might have better stones, but like kelso said if you're worried about level 20 dragons with lvl 4 stones that's your own problem.

P.P.S. I love how everyone rushes Haypi and says they take way too long to do things and then later claim that they don't take enough time to test things or think them through before they implement them. Choose one or the other.

Fish, although i think you are always over-react to many post before, i TOTALLY AGREE to you this time. You, Mavios and all we pay effort to farm our dragon, pay effore/money for coins on the wheel in order to get a lv.4 stone that we seldom seen may agree that NOT DOING ANYTHING WOULD BE THE BEST SOLUTION AT ALL AS THE DAMAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE. Anything done further would cause another group of people unsatisfaction.

If players have spent times on their dragon, now they must have prurple or even some orange stone. No matter the guys take advantage at that crazy moment may have all orange stone(I think this will be the most lucky guy because i don;t think anyone can be so lucky to be force sync. all level 5 stone). The main point is WE ARE BETTER. Come on guys, player complainting think you are the only one who have been ruined your game by Haypi??? STOP thinking this, pay more time on training, pvp and tree. Haypi had helped low level guys alot, the new so-called fair pvp system, you guys can chose dragon to start with which i can't, and so on........now you guys still want to have an hour shopping lv.4 chest in 200sc!?!?!?!? Your idea really disgusting!!!! Go back to dream it.

Maybe i am not good at all, the Double Spin glitch, the ice rain glitch and all other glitch i even don;t know how to use, how Haypi compensate me then????? I have been kill by ice rain glitch in PVP, then i knew it. So, who pay back to me??? Don't keep barking here with the glitch or mistake YOU GUYS CANNOT ENJOY and said that this is unfair.
