Abusive Expert

I have been banned for 24 hours for bashing Haypi staff and not handling this off public forums. Shame on me

Also, because HK's system does not tell me who gave me a 24hr mute, I have no idea who did it... they are hiding from chat and probably abusing towards a specific set of players. Please let me know if this is even looked into.

To correct my original post, it was a 48 hr chat ban, which confuses me even more when I haven't been on public chat all day?

Added note, I believe the one of the Expert's fake accounts is Gorogone, the user who had thousands of cavs left out. Rather pathetic he'd retaliate this way lol.

The only power that support has as far as chat is to mute you which lasts for only 5 hours. They also cannot just pick a name and type it in for mute that person must be in chat for the expert to select in mute.

A support staff member must have given you a chat ban for some reason or another (whether or not it is viable I have no idea). I would suggest you send your in game support an inquiry over what happened to cause the chat ban and ask if you can see proof. Otherwise, it'll be a boring 2 days considering there's no attacking and now (for you) no chat.

Exactly MuKu, with the server maintenance... it'll be no attacking. Period. And really?... Experts only have a five hour ban limit? Given it takes support about a week to read an inquiry... I doubt they'll even respond in time. Damn, sometimes I wonder why I even give these people money.I haven't for a while until I saw progress and still don't see it lol. I still don't get why a chat ban was given when I sent no letters to any members within 24hrs and no public chat in about 48hrs? Very strange... I farm a lot so probably upset a staff member? I just don't see how that makes sense. Ah well. I'll take your suggestion and see where it goes, just betting there's corruption they aren't going to even look at. I won't even start lol, I keep that to myself to stay out of trouble. But if they can't provide proof... then what? I mean... no letters, no chat... it's puzzling? To me at least. Is there an 'overseer,' per say?

The only people who can give chat ban are support staff members not players... They don't play the game. I don't think they'll get mad at you for farming their level 0 accounts.

History tells us that when people come to the forums to rant about the problem you're having, they are not giving us the whole story. 

Additionally, rather than be accommodating and forthcoming with information so that people can help them, they are as if by rule rude, demeaning and completely careless of forum rules, especially when they make demands that people should lose their jobs. 

Really, what do you hope to accomplish with that attitude?

You don't really think this support person pulls a name out of a hat from the thousands of players on your server, do you?

If in fact this person does play favorites as you claim, and considering how upset being muted makes you, would it or would it not behoove you to stay on this support persons good side? Seriously, how much contact have you had with this person that you feel so confident in all your convictions?

I would suggest contacting Tracy on these forums and rather than be rude and offensive and talk bad about her co worker, explain the situation objectively and precisely. Include screenshots if you plan on accusing anyone of anything, else it's your word against someone else's, and clearly you don't have a strong strategic foothold in a battle like that.

Can't say support doesn't randomly mute ppl for no cause.
Was on an older server and support came on and chatted. Jokingly someone said to mute a person and support did it. The person did absolutely nothing wrong besides being in wc chatting.
