If Haypi employed 24 hour support they would have enormous expenses, which in turn would be passed down to us as players. They're a company like any other and they have to make payroll. Would you like ads? More expensive coins? A subscription fee, or a charge for the app? You'd complain about that just like you'd complain about support not being active 24 hours a day.

I work in accounting for my family's company, meaning I have to consider every little expense that goes into the running of a business down to minute details such as Post-It notes and the water for the water cooler. It often amazes me how little thought people put into how businesses are run and the expenses that go into keeping them afloat. I may have my gripes with Haypi (as a game) from time to time but I always keep in mind that they are a company and not a charity, which is why I've never had any problem paying for coins. It wouldn't bother me if they decided to start flooding the game with pop-up advertisements like many other free apps do. They already give us a free game to play and socialize with people, without requiring anything in return. Why should we require more from them?

Thank you for pointing out my typo. Although we are not working a full year and we don't follow routine working hours at weekends, we have vacations from time to time... but we are trying our best to find a solution for our haypiers while we are working. Thank you and hope we all continue to enjoy the work(game) with a mutual understanding.

That's cute. Point out everyone's mistakes. But one thing you need to know to succeed in life is that no one is perfect. You might think you are, but the fact still stays the same. Instead of pointing out everyone else's flaws, try getting off your high horse, and working on refining yourself. If one does this, they not only show maturity and respect for others, but they acknowledge that if everyone works together, we can make a great movement of progression as a community. I think we all can work on that, and I strongly recommend you do as well.
