Why would it get locked?

It's a well thought out OP and a meaningful thread.

Corrupt, haypi has never frowned on that, in fact, you've achieved something that rarely happens....a support person actually responded in clear English, with sympathy and a valid response in an effort to appease you.

And yet, after all that, we still have people detracting from this meaningful topic by being counterproductive and accusatory. Who's playing the villain here?
