Returning Troops

When a server crashes and troops are starved, I am correct in assuming that support would return them as soon as possible. However, when they return troops, is it correct in assuming they would add war refuse with the troops? Or do they not have to give you free war refuse when they replace your troops?

Isn't it a 24 hr a day business. Or just open say 9-5 then every body goes home.

Haypi is a company that seems satisfied with a 40hour work week from their employees, who by the way are not involved for entertainment (as you are) but as a livelihood. Also, they (noticeably) have off during the weekends as well as holidays (I guess the ones observed in china), AND they occasionally take vacations.

Also, don't forget, their 9-5 is not the same as yours unless you live in a Chinese timezone.

Support is rather quick to return lost troops, if you aren't on when they do so then they will try again. I am glad they don't put me into a state of war refuse, I cannot farm or attack while in such.

In my experience of having them returned. It's fairly quick and the troops were hunted. They asked for which city to hunt from. Make sure there's an open slot.

Support says have enough crop to sustain them for when they are returned. Support should fill the wh as compensation. What happens if you don't have enough money or wish to spend money for their error and/or need those missing troops to farm for said crop.

I suppose they'd starve.....but why wouldn't you? Would you have a crop deficit before they're returned?

Anyone who lost a modicum of troops I'd expect to be able to provide for themselves as well as be prepared for a situation as thus.

Regardless, in answer to that question, I've had alliance mates who weren't properly equipped to handle the huge deficit when their troops were returned, and lo and behold, support understood and returned troops a second time. So don't be scurred, son.
