Haypi Kingdom Pet Peeve #2:
When haypi crashes and we lose our troops. Then it's our device's fault.

On the real tip....it's one thing for Rico to talk smack. He's a forum mod...a player....someone who has absolutely nothing to do with the development or production of this game.
It's another to accuse support of ignoring issues. I've been around haypi for well over two years now and I've suffered through many more issues and problems than you could imagine (@ the poster in front of me) but one thing I've never known the development team to do is ignore or belie the players plight.
Very recently was a post here by a support staffer in which they claim to have recieved thousands of emails over an issue like this. In the past, I am almost certain they've recieved that many for other issues. I've seen countless players come onto these forums and not only complain, but accuse haypi staff of very bad things. What's my point? These complainers have never come back to follow through. They get what they want in due time. Have you ever recieved thousands of emails at one time? Can you for one second consider how much effort it takes to read them let alone verify and cater to each individual?
I'm sorry but your post is baseless and if you make me do it, I can find plenty of posts here on these forums to prove it.
I'm not unsympathetic to your cry, bro. I've been down your road, you can search my posts and see all the smack I've talked about the staff and especially my opinions on how they treat us (their customers) and I'll be honest..... It's surprising people like Tracy don't hate my guts! But the fact of the matter is, haypi really goes out of their way to cater to YOU and they are not obliged to AT ALL.
Did you lose troops? If you did.........big whoop! We've all lost troops! I couldn't count the amount of troops I've lost due to problems like this and others. But we move on. Haypi repays us (don't try and say they don't cuz they do) and we move on. It's a game. Money has naught to do with it. Once you pay that money for an electronic transaction it's gone forever and you knew that. It should surprise you not if your money is wasted due to server issues, server issues are common and have been since the inception of the Internet. Server issues have no place surprising anyone unless they have no clue about our modern world. In fact, how common are server issues and the problems they create? So common that any electronic transaction you commit to has a disclaimer addressing it. Even PayPal. Even your bank (if you bank in the US,anyway).
I realizE I just had a run-on paragraph there but I just got home from the saloon, and I have problems transposing my thoughts to words as well as controlling my emotions, when I return from the saloon.
In any event, if you stop treating Rico like a "rainbows" then he'll probably stop treating us like a "rainbows". Or not. But don't take out on the developers your ire for a forum mod, which your post clearly is.
