10 min wait time between attacking multiple target's

I've noticed this for example I'll attack point a then attack point b just after and the wait time is plus 10 mins like it's stacked. Is this a glitch or new system ?

This happens also if player a attacks player x wood oasis then if player b attacks player x crop oasis it stacks 10 mins.

Not a glitch. Its to make cropping take longer n such.

when the previous war finishes, the next battle will start right away then.

I heard about this change and I thought it was a glitch or a bug or whatever...I cant believe it's really being added, intentionally. The last few servers have been so horrible and pretty much D.O.A. but now I hear this "stacking" stuff being added...it's enough for me to finally say that i'm done with Haypi Kingdom.

it's happened to me on 3 warps now including warp's hoem that's 120 coins. can i get a refund?

That is stupid, so you can only refresh one oasis at a time
