Rant
I have noticed a significant number of high level players on server 9 are quitting this game and I wanted to give you their feedback as to why in hopes that you may take the initiative in addressing these issues in future updates.
1. Nerfing Dragons - Given how much time, effort and for some people money they invest into a dragon it is infuriating to have your main nerfed. Angelo anyone? If this is being done to balance the game play then I suggest outright eliminating the individual dragon levels and basing all the dragon levels purely off the player level this way if someones primary dragon is nerfed they can easily switch to another dragon.
2. Reward System - To a high level dragon, such as myself, there is really no reason to play anymore. Sure getting those free low level stones is great but ultimately the only interest someone at my level has is a level 4 synth which is about as common as a winning lottery ticket. Give us a reason to play, make it worth our time, effort and again for some people money.
3. Service Issues - As I mentioned in the previous post the PVP system needs to be fixed. It is unacceptable that it takes so long to actually have a multiplayer match function seemlessly without it freezing on the load screen, kicking someone during the battle or freezing at the results screen. People have become too frustrated with this to want to bother. Also, give them a choice on multi server or local server. Sometimes we just want to pvp against our friends and its unfuriating when you guys set rooms with your low level dragons to have fun only to run into a room of lvl 40 dragons from another server.
4. Cost - The cost of coins is ridiculous. 10 coins should get you ten boss fights not one, especially considering how the strongest bosses in the game usually give you 1500sc or a lvl 1 synth. Also, each spin on the wheel should be 1 coin , not increasing expensive with every spin. It seems like this is just pure greed to me. The funny part is even with this expensive model the service is still on the low end. To me this means either Haypi is not using the revenue generated in game to support the game or Haypi isnt selling enough coins. Either way, if the barrier to entry was decreased you would certainly sell more coins which would result in more players spending more time in the game. Everyone wins. Have you guys even considered this?
Anyway, I am holding out in hopes that you guys get your act together but honestly I am not sure for how long. This really is a game with tremendous potential that could easily become one of the biggest apps in the app store worldwide, but if you do not address the problems above I am afraid it will remain a niche app for a much smaller population.
