alternate form of coin purchase

I currently am unable to the Shop on my phone. I've done all the suggestions and it just doesnt load. There are numerous people I know who have the same problem. Yet, when I use my brother's phone, the shop loads instantly. This has severely limited my ability to purchase coins and I was wondering if haypi could provide a second means of purchasing coins other than in the app. Perhaps sell them on this very site. It would make coin purchases much easier for many people

If you fail to buy coins in game, you can choose to purchase coins via paypal instead.

There are multiple choices for purchasing in-game coins:
Mini package, $1 9coins
Basic package, $5 50coins
Medium package, $10 120coins
Medium package2, $20 270coins
Super package, $50 750coins
Ultra package, $100 1600coins

Please choose the package you would like and pay to haypiinc@hotmail.com (Haypi paypal account).
Please include all of the following in your letter: full name, email, transaction ID, package, game name, game server and accurate username (It is case sensitive). Send it to in game support or to dragonsupport@haypi.com

Are 1600coins ultra packages still availiable?

$100 packs are available on android still. I'm not sure about iOS or windows phone. Very nice during coins sales.

It's not available on IOS devices since about 6 months or more.
Rumors said apple did not allowed high value package on the app store but there are a few others games with 100$$ packages.

solution: load shop and wait tons of time until it loads. If it doesnt load after 3 hours (joking, but you get it) get a friend with an iPhone/Android and trust them to make the purchase on your account,.

Apple decided to limit in app purchases, hence no ultra package on IOS

what if you dont have a paypal account? and on my windows 7 phone i dont have a shop icon. where the shop icon is supposed to be it just says "manage". So how can i buy coins? no shop, no paypal. i really love the game, but im about to unistall it and just say screw it. the one thing i really want has no way for me to get it.

please help!!!
