User ban

This is the same old discussion we always see here.

What we are not hearing is the "why" you were banned. As is always the case, we probably won't either unless a support person replies to this thread.

The fact is, it matters not how many coins you buy, or how many friends wil quit if you can't play. What matters is cheating and/or other rule breaking. Mat knows what the deal is, and even if he did nothing wrong, he surely knows why he was banned, and this is what he's not telling us.

Now I've been banned before and I know many others who have, and the simple fact is that haypi doesn't ban people out of the clear blue. They contact you first and offer you the chance to account for your actions. This type of discussion is for those private channels only, and not for public discussion. If you air your laundry in public, you won't be able to hide your poop stains.

"Feeding" 120 scepters lol.
According to support the scepters werent legit and therefore glitched. Buying 120 scepters at min is apparently a forbidden sin on haypi. Rather than them just taking back the scepters support just bans the account. Not my fault I could afford them.

However, there were several others up at market so im assuming others were banned as well. The fact iori is stating that its impossible to be unbanned is absolute ludicrous to begin with.

Now as we all know people on pvp feed alot, hence everyone has that unmistakable 40 achievement. Usually they are warned and usually the player stops, however, iori doesnt even reply to letters just goes ahead and does things. So then without a warning or even just taking the scepters back why then should i have been banned.

iori doesnt even return troops lost in merge or server crashes. Which infuriates me, i cant stand this support.

Lol.. I don't think I've ever seen support unban someone that they banned. They had their reasons and their sticking to their guns.

ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES!

Thats the bottom line. Maybe what Matthias needs is a fresh start on a new server to ponder his mistakes.

Guys , I can't believe Lori did this. It's obvious that matthia42 afford those scepters why does Lori did nothing as requested? And why do we such inrresponsible support? We seriously need higher management level to handle this case. Could any other support clarify this ? Why isn't Lori responsible and reply or even acted this more professionaly?!

Dear supports, I demand this case to be solved in a more professional way! I also declare that the case that matthias42 is unbelievable. I couldn't believe support123 aka Lori has treated a player like that. I seriously supports new to deal this matter in a fair way!

I had nothing to do with the creation of the scepters. I purchased more than most i assume. As if you ask anyone that bought a scepter last week they probably would tell you that there was a huge surplus of scepters on the market and that they were all from the same person.

Yes I am one of the victim and I don't know why I bought it that cheap too. There are other players bought it.they are other players who bought it too.

Support you should have ban the main seller. Not the buyers and resell them on market. Please check properly before you ban! If not ban those victims whoever bought from the main seller then!!!!!

Everyone knows its a ban if you buy them.U r claiming that u had played this game long enough and hence should obviously know that.There were numerous accounts that were banned for that and will continue to get banned.i don't see a point why yours should be a single exception.Message from support was and is always clear-Do not buy them and it's within your control to buy or not buy!!

Now, is support really handling this case in this manner? I mean, come on, this is just ridiculous. I dont care whether Matthias42 glitched or did whatever the hell he's accused of, but what I do care about is how support is handling this. Is it really necessary for someone to come on the forums and ask for someone from support? Get your rainbow together Haypi.
