For many delicious reasons, but the main being not many people cook bacon perfectly. Bacon has to be cooked to perfect in order to win my vote!
Hot, crispy sides, chewy center. Mmmmmmmmmm

With all due respect, madam, your opinion is dumb, moronic, and simply wrong. Bacon is the superior meat. Its more delicious, more versatile; its SO good, Jews can't eat it because its a sin to be so utterly indulgent. Have you ever heard of sausage-wrapped shrimp? Sausage-wrapped scallops? Sausage-wrapped filet mignon? NO. For these are the exclusive realms of the only meat that deserves to cloak its fatty, salty, porky goodness around these exquisite delicacies. SAUSAGE, why? because eating a bacon sandwich i cracked a tooth, got it fixed and ate another. Cracked another tooth. Sausage is so much better!! Especially when it comes from the country store 15 miles south of here. Best homemade sausage you will ever have!!
