troops diaappearing!!!!

I attacked an oasis owned by another player with 19954 cavs. They had no troops there so it was a simple 1 round victory. But when i went to call back my cavs it only gave me 2585 cavs. So 17369 of my hard earned cavs just vanished into thin air! I fully expect haypi support to compensate me by giving back my full amount that i lost. After all.... I spent real money on coins to train them. It happened on server 122 @ 21:34:40 5-19-2012

Had the same thing happen to me twice today. Attacked and took an oasis in one round with no loses. ( there was no troop defending it ). When I went to recall my 8500 cavs only 2500 came back. Tryed it again on another oasis and out of my 17500 cavs only 3500 came back. I still have the war reports to show what I attacked with. Have a full account of what happen to support with date and time. That was almost 9 hours ago and still not even a letter back saying they where looking into it. I'm on S123. Sounds like there need to be an update to fix this bug. And I too spent real money to make those. So I guess we just wait to see it Haypi is going to do anything.

You are screwed, this happened to my alliance leader on S92 and he contacted support two weeks ago and has not got a reply. I would assume they are gone forever because support is a joke and just rebuild them.

Hey ive just had the same problem. im on a andriod, galaxy s1. and i sent 85 inf and 3979 cats. i attacked a lvl 9 crop oasis, and i won. i lost no troops and when i tried to recall i got no troops at all back. i have the war report showing i lost nothing. but i dont understand where my troops have gone. Please help. thankyou

It's seems that it's general.
