Friends on wrong server

I'm not sure I understand what that means. He has an iPhone 4 and he has not autocap, all of our names were uncapitalized - sopmeister, tengdahl and emomilol. tengdahl was supposed to get the task "groth of your friend" done but didn't (he already hade the invite a friend done since earlier), emomilol has lost intrest since he cant play with us and quit reaching only lvl 11 or 12 (still enough for tengdahl to get the task).

And it's not an issu with he-was-not-the-original-friend-u-invited-so-u-cant-get-the-next-task-from-another-guy cause that happened to me as well and it worked out perfectly.

Are there no support people out there to give an answer to the query?

For the refer task, it has some problem.
