Boy Who Cried Wolf

It seems that there is a handful of trouble-causers on my server who like to coax experts into muting them after constant warnings of profanity, and then follow that up by trying to report them for abuse of power. And on occasion, experts have been scolded by support despite properly performing their assigned duties. I would like to propose a rule that players be banned from the game if they have sent several unreasonable or baseless reports to support in a short span of time. It would save a lot of support's time and reduce their stress level as well as those of the experts and other players in their server.

Let's put this into perspective:

In my opinion, I view a report to support as a sort of 911 call. If there's something wrong in the server, you report it to support. If there's something wrong in real life, you call 911. If you don't have a good reason for calling 911, you could get fined/arrested. Why not put this into practice with HK?

In my observations, pretty much every person who does the actions previously described is either an alt, or someone who just enjoys making people frustrated. Never is this person a money-spender. Which would put any financial issue out of question. Haypi needs to differentiate between jack-offs and serious players

I think an IP-Mute could just fix the problem with the alts.

But you are right, you cannot stop people randomly reporting everyone to support for no reasons.

It would be hard to see who sent it because most of the time, people do not put their name on the email with the screenshot. Or they send it from an email that is not registered under their haypi kingdom name.
