1. Go to the city being attacked
2. Click on the main building of the city being attacked
3. There should be a option to Enhance loyalty
5.Click it
6. It costs 5 coins to get your loyalty up to 100 again

or you could do that.
I like porting though, they wont be able to find it... but I have quite a few coins... thats probably why
