Punishments

Im all for a bit of banter on world chat, it is a war game after all lol. But recently ive had to deal with some nasty personal abuse towards one of my alliance members. A games a game and its one thing to say someones army is rubbish or that someone is better and stronger than someone else but its totally another thing to abuse someones real life attributes on world chat wether its due to there colour, faith or sexuality!!

I think maybe there should be harsher penalties for consitant offenders to this than just world chat bans.

Any thoughts??

I totally agree.
Anyway the best thing to do is taking screen shots and reporting it to support.
They will probably chatban the person for a month or so but they will know what happened and take others way if it happens again.

If you're repetitively harassed by a player(s) please contact your server support and provide them proof in the for of screen shots. They will first receive a warning and if the behaviour continues they may be banned, perm-muted or even perm-banned.
